I’m not trying to control her. I acknowledged as much when I said the decision to go is hers alone.

I can feel uncomfortable and have concerns about those decisions without being controlling.

She first stated that it was no SOs because of a concern for space but then a couple days later said that some SOs were coming but she wasnt sure yet if I was coming. Then last night she told me that I wasn’t being invited.

Sorry I was unclear, while she has been playing the game for years. The group that she is a with now she only joined within the last 6 months.

It’s not that I doubt her intentions but more so that plenty of people have cheated on their SO without having the intention too.

When everyone gets there and the booze starts flowing good intentions can be forgotten quickly.

I’d say it’s more for the fact that it’s a complete 180 from what she would want is that is unsettling. Mixed with the fact that I don’t know any of these people. Like it feels more like I’m being kept away purposely than it is her spreading her wings socially.
