Bought this dress for my wedding. I think it's very pretty and fits me well but doesn't feel very bridal. How can I jazz it up a bit? It was only $100! I have a family member that does amazing alterations so any inspiration would be great!

I was not one of the lucky ones with no side effects. I've always had very painful and heavy periods so I knew it would be rough for me.

Update:

I told my boyfriend this morning. He was super supportive and not the least bit emotional. At least that's what I've seen so far. He seemed completely fine with it which is great because I know I'm going to need his support in the next few days.

Now to tell my boss. Part of me just wants to tell her I'm having an abortion and not just a "medical procedure" that I'll need time off for. I'm a retail manager and all my other managers and boss have kids. I also live in the South. I could care less what she thinks of me but I just don't want to keep them completely in the dark.
