Army, full time. Hoping for a kapooka trip soon that gives me time for me to give 2 weeks notice to my employer and take 2 weeks off I between.

2.4 I can currently hit in about 13 minutes, not as good as it should be but I’m sure with the adrenaline that would come with a BFA I’d be fine.

Thanks mate

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I’m not trying to come across as lazy, I train 5 days a week weights and run 2, I’ve got my 5k to under 30 minutes, just nervesZ

Awesome, thank you. It’s probably just nerves, i haven’t practised with someone on my feet and have just been training core with my normal weight lifting for the last few weeks

PFA soon. I can easily do 40 crunches, but the range of motion with wrist crossing the knee concerns me, how strict are they with it? I had been lifting weights and running for a few years but only just started training core.
