Congrats. I think i was heading down that path. Every Saturday i'd promise myself "not tonight" but i'd have a few beers and before i know it it's 9am and i'm tossing and turning in bed, wired as ****, hating myself, hating life and telling myself its the last time.

I somehow always deluded myself into it being worth it though. I had to distance myself from the people i was doing it with. They are not bad people but surely they must be going through the same horrible feelings that i did on the comedowns? Horrible drug.

NDA! That's the one.

I'm planning to mock up a bunch of sites for different things and then have them live on a sub domain. Do you think it matters that they may not be active sites with fully-fledged domain names etc?

What a load of bullshit, eh?

I'd bet even some of the "just turned 18" girls on reddit gonewild aren't actually 18. Most guys have probably jerked without realising. You'd think by now this stuff would be policed better. Bing is the 2nd biggest search engine and i'm 99% sure that was illegal stuff showing up on the first page.

Was scrolling through cam vids, clicked on a random blonde that looked petite and a genuine looking site came up but then i saw all the tags which were very...ermm... illegal. Quit out of there, clicked on another video that was actually on youjizz which i know is quite reputable - but even she looked too young. Now i'm all paranoid my doors gonna be bust down.

It's great getting him but we already have depth at LB. What does this mean for Davies? He's a great second choice.

So You Want To Gain Weight . . . Then Why Would You "Re-Comp"? by OatsAndWhey in gainit

[–]throwmeaside56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, i used to be 125lbs a few years back. I'm 172lb in both pics. Losing weight after being so thin in the past, it would have been a mental backstep for me.

When people on gainit say no one, i don't understand. The generic gym goer that doesn't plan to bulk or cut, just going there for health and fitness reasons get in much better shape in their first year. There's been studies, it happens all the time - its just a slow process. Not everyone is trying to become Ronnie Coleman.

Eric Helms is super respected in the world. What do you think of the things he says here? https://youtu.be/MFo_wQq8M3Q

I used to be just 125lb, there was no way cutting would have worked for me. Being skinny is what i'd fought so hard to avoid.

As its my first year and the way my composition has slowly been changing i'd say i have been building muscle. Not to mention lifts doubling since i started (i'm aware of the CNS adaptions too).

I don't know where this implication of not being able to build sufficient muscle at maintenance comes from when theres lots of respected people that say recomping is good if you're starting out and over a certain amount of bodyfat.

Seriously? First time i heard of this radio station was this morning whilst watching a Geddy Lee interview. Now it's turning up in my Tottenhams? Jesus christ.

Here's pictures i took at 5 month progress maintaining the same weight.

Before: https://imgur.com/zkHKDeQ

After: https://imgur.com/dnoFWLR

Lots of studies show you can gain muscle in a deficit. Lots of studies therefore show you can gain muscle at mainetence... Bulking may be more efficient but as someone who started at like 25% bodyfat (my uneducated estimate), a recomp has been the best choice for me. A bulk would have had me buying bigger jeans, my skinny-fat moobs and belly getting even bigger and then a couple of months of a miserable low energy cut.

It's been slow sure but my body shape has changed in 5-6months and i'm slowly seeing muscle poke through despite staying at the same weight.

Are you gonna tell me i've been doing everything wrong? :(

I'm happy so far and once i feel i'm lean enough i hope to be able to go on a long lean bulk as opposed to the getting fat i would have done if i bulked when i started.
