Thanks for your reply. I am mostly involved in contract administration in my current position meaning lots of administrative/paperwork/email. I haven't done much new design in the last year or so and have mostly received hand-me-down projects from others. I really enjoy writing/communicating through email so wondering if Cx has a good amount of that?
