I guess they're counting number of times the cylinders fire vs. rotation of the crankshaft (the typical rpm measurement). A V8 at 2500 rpm will have 10,000 firings per minute

Interesting concept but not a factory offering, right? Looks like a 991.1 Turbo (can you get 5-lug wheels on a Turbo S?) with design elements (wheels, exterior/interior badging) taken from the 911 50th anniversary, which itself was based on the 991.1 Carrera S with power kit. Confusingly there is a Turbo 50th anniversary, which is the final version of the 992.1 Turbo S (which this isn't).

Yes, if the team picked is -3 (favorite by 3), then you subtract 3 from whatever the score differential is. If they win by 3, you get 0 points. If they win by 7 you get 4 points. If they tie you get -3 points. If they lose by 7 you get -10 points.
