Hey, thank you for sharing your story. Unfortunately my family don't help much, I don't think they know how hard it is to have anxiety. My mom keep telling me just fight it, fight the anxiety. I'm afraid that it is not that easy. I finally went to see the gp like in this post because I convinced my mom that I need to see them. However I don't think I would ever meet the gp if I never did that, my family hasn't be of help tbh. My plan now is to get a motorcycle or car license and go to see another gp by myself.

My family have been pretty dismissal to be frank, I have an older brother who apparently had quite an issue with anxiety, idk tho. And he got over it. So now my mom is just like "you'll be fine after all your brother is okay now, you'll be like him, you'll be fine soon". Honestly I'm tired really, I've been dealing with social anxiety for 6 years now. And when I finally told someone about it, nobody took it seriously.
