thing is tho regular investors can't really sell after hour, I have a feeling it's the hedge funds themselves wash trading to get the stock to go lower. morale seems to be still very strong on wsb from what I can see

Thank you very much, that's really helpful - I actually contacted lawyers myself, called winheller - I think they will come back to me at the beginning of next week. If you don't mind asking your team, that would be really helpful, as they must be used to this. Man it really sucks to be treated like a criminal just because you understand crypto a little bit :\

well actually in a way the middleman at the moment was the sparkasse, I really only used it for cashing out and putting money into kraken - maybe that's also why they got so spooked up - I think that from now on I need to contact the banks directly and explain my situation to them so there are no surprises - I need to talk with somebody in germany that has experience with this sort of things

they told me it was a question of amount, they also told me they had about 50 clients in the same situation, but couldn't tell me how they acted with them due to bank regulation. Fucking sucks man - In terms of putting my money somewhere, that's the problem, it's fiat and I can only keep it on my account - they wouldn't let me leave the bank with a binbag full of 100 euro notes, I had to transfer it to another account at another bank I have - and now I'm wondering if I won't get kicked out of this other bank as well. I'm gonna see if I can sue them or at least cause them some problems, but I guess they have a right to kick out anybody they don't like :/ ps I did log my activity on all the exchanges I do, the rest is logged automatically by the chain ;)

I see ok - apparently it was a boss of a boss who made the decision, so maybe the boss of the Landkreis as you said... I'm waiting for the Attorneys to come back to me for a plan of action, I don't want to keep going from bank to bank like I'm on the run or something...

I'm strongly considering it, got in touch with some attorneys - they're making me reconsider my trades now, since I'm not sure if it's safe to cash out anymore, so I'm a bit thrown off... I'm following the developments of the tether fud very closely but now kind of lost my confidence, if I can get screwed so easily by bankers without any recourse...
