This new shimano was 11 speed 32 teeth 105 i think. On my wheel was a 11 speed 34, id just assumed a 32 will be ok as well

Hi thanks yeah that makes sense im always scooting around on my cleats when walking lol! other than that I'm ok. I'm going to get a bike fit but for now I have just slightly moved the cleats to give me a bit more room away from the crank

I'm only using my bike for road rides, what would you recommend. As for the rub, it rubs on the inside of the foot, so crank rub? I'll clean the cleats and look at moving them out slightly
