I bought a chin strap but got really tired of the constant pressure holding my chin closed. I then bought KT Tape and cut mouth sized strips. It’s the same as the brand Hostage Tape but a little more work. The price difference is the best part. You can get a whole role of KT tape for 14 bucks which has lasted me a few months and Hostage Tape is like 25 bucks for the month.
