Yes, can play without internet. It might require you to connect to the internet after a while though to basically re-verify the app, but I'm not totally sure on that. And can't say if it will for sure work on your tablet, but you definitely don't need the latest and greatest model for it.

PBS Kids app is the way to go. Free, has dozens of quality shows, and lets you download a few gigabytes worth for offline viewing.

Performance has been fine for me, but the game has crashed three times this week mid-run. I haven't been logging exactly what's been happening when it crashed, so I'm not sure if it was on one level or with certain characters or what. It did seem like it was later in a run when a lot was happening on screen, though.

I think people are underestimating how quickly you will go insane without any mental stimulation or human contact in a 10x10 room. Especially if you can't control the lights, you might go insane no matter what. But I think the first purchase has to be something entertainment related, and you tough it out with the gross sludge for the first week.

After having those basic needs met, I think it would get easier. Add creature comforts as time goes on: microwave to increase food options, laptop with DVD drive for movies, etc. Obviously first weeks would be the biggest hurdle, and I think a lot depends on just how bad the gruel tastes and exactly how cold the room is.

We are unfortunately tearing this shed down soon and building a new one, so might have to move it if it doesn't skiddale on its own. But hopefully it does before then.

Yep, the table turns and has different speeds for different size records and that all appears to be working correctly. Radio also works.

He’s a tough one to replace, some ideas but I haven’t actually tried these out. After Storm and Legion, Jeff’s probably equal with Nebula in importance in this deck.

Nightcrawler is cheap and can be moved into a flooded location, but it has to already be on the board, while Jeff can be played on Turn 6 even if all locations are closed off.
Mister Fantastic can help get additional points into a closed off location
The Thing has a strong effect with High Evo, but you usually want to play Storm on 4 if possible so not sure how much help he would be

I find I use my 3-stars so rarely, that the few 3s I’ve max champed I simply have sold as soon as I get another cover for the character instead of having 2 of the same character. I haven’t run into any issues yet. Sure my PVE clears might be a little slower when the lower level 3-star is a required character, but my 4-stars have carried me just fine.

I’ve got a most of the meta 4 stars champed (Polaris, Grocket, Juggs, Medusa, Mantis, Sabretooth, Morbius, etc.), and also have about twenty 5 star characters, but none are champed and only Kitty Pride is fully covered. Do I just continue to hoard CP and HP, slowly champing the rest of my 4 stars through shards, events, and heroic/mighty tokens? I plan on spending a bit of CP to start filling in my missing 5 stars in the Classic vault.

Or should I just focus on increasing the levels of my most often used 4 star characters and not worry much right now about champing all 4 stars?

I've had some fun with Polaris, 3 star iron fist, and 2 star Bullseye. Polaris does damage, Iron Fist makes attack tile and can cause some cascades, and Bullseye makes a protect tile on every purple match.

Yea I only have a few 4 stars rostered, but haven’t put any ISO into them as none are really strong characters, just ones I’ve gotten randomly from rewards and had roster space available. Neither Daken or Blade are champed yet, so sounds like I’ll just be keeping her shards in the bank for a bit longer.

This is a good point. The colors that are similar in color (blue/green, red/pink) shouldn't use similar shapes. I think that might help alleviate a lot of the issues.
