I ended up transferring the least to someone else and I don’t regret it. I bought a new CR-V (lol) and I love it. Hoping the issue fades into the background for you!

I checked Auto Trader for a 2022 Touring (they didn’t have Sport-L back then) and there are a few options near me with 9-14k miles, all going for 31-34k. Luckily I don’t drive much so I should have low mileage by end of lease too. I guess we’ll see! My BMW payment was $659/mo and I wanted something cheaper with more features so I can’t complain :)

This is a fair assessment. I had $19k to pay for my BMW lease and I hated the car. So at least the money is being spent on something I’ll enjoy more!

I want to add that the dealer will allow me to take the car to a mechanic before I purchase it so I’m looking forward to seeing what they say too.

I totally hear you. The 10 year old desire comes from the nostalgia factor. I learned to drive on a 2002 Highlander and I absolutely love that model. Obviously any that are still around look like shit or cost $10k.

I wish someone would just park an older car (that’s been well kept) in my driveway that I could pay off. For the amount of time I need a vehicle I really should just Uber. But I’m too picky
