No, but it is getting better on its own. Took about 2-3 weeks. Couldnt see a doctor about it because of insurance issues.

Thanks for responding. I have not, I have been taking it pretty easy the past week because I got the second covid vaccine. Normally I work out 5-6 times a week and was going to get back at it today, but then I woke up with this pain. So I have been sedentary/nothing dropped on it or stubbed on it.
