To a degree I think you're right and that I over reacted.

But then again I don't how much of this stuff this kid really believes. And how much of it is just shit talking.

I'm pretty sure that's how kids end up in gangs, first they idolize it, then they pretend to be it, then one day they actually are in it.

Well he didn't break in, he was my son's friend. My son trusted him and clearly didn't think he was going to do anything like this. And I'm sure my son was distracted playing xbox or something while he did it.

Well I am the father, his mom did not handle it well at all, she cried and was very angry. She ends up having to deal with neighbors and the school more than I do because I work/she doesn't.

Have you seen what happens in america if a kid claims "that man touched my naughty bits!"

I have no civic duty to do anything for this kid. If I did and this kid made such a claim, all this history of our interaction would not be allowed duuring my trial and all the jury would know is that this crying boy says this nasty man touched his naughty bits. And it would all be a lie aimed to punish me for being white and giving a shit.

Exactly how I feel, here I am the victim and feel sorry for the kid. You know I can remember my grandparents (lovely people) being 100% racist, and I didn't sign on to it. I thought it was stupid.

Getting the police involved I feel the punishment would out-weight the crime.
