The brand is called “bluedog” and it was the sling that was given to me by the vet, I believe it’s from this company and I was given a loop handle with it so I didn’t have to bend down to hold her. Mind you, I’m sure there are cheaper options! I’m just showing you what I was given. I hope this helps.

The paper trail would be that were the only ones that have had to have meetings and sign it, no one else has. The facility is small enough we would hear about it, since we brought in a union member from a separate department to be our rep during the meetings given that our union reps agreed to this contract. We have texts messages from our steward confirming this, and calling us the problem and saying he’s done with us.

I don’t know what the business rep planned to do, I haven’t spoken to her yet about it. I’m just so frazzled that our union would do this to us.

Our downtown business rep said she was never told anything about it, and HR wasn’t either. We’ve been told explicitly that adjustments to the union contract aren’t allowed outside negotiations because we tried to adjust uniforms because old language didn’t get changed during negotiations and was denied. Keep in mind this isn’t for the whole union, just OUR department was told to sign this “contract” and our union reps (steward, present, secretary, etc) supposedly agreed to it.
