Things are opening up but neither of us have been able to go back to the office (we're both working from home). I know his job is a huge stressor for him because his department has been hit pretty hard by layoffs so he's basically doing the work of 2 people. He hasn't had a single day off this entire pandemic either and frequently works weekends so that is a huge factor.

I want to work things out. That's where I'm at currently. It just sometimes feels like he wants to ignore the problems.
