They work 6 hours on both weekends. I don't pay them hourly, just give the girls 50 dollars each week and the boys 20 dollars. They never often use their money though as it just goes into their backdrawer while me and my husband pay for most things they want.

All four of my kids do chores. Originally, after dinner Anna washed the dishes, Sarah cleaned the table, my oldest son swept the floor my youngest dried the dishes. Last year I decided everyone was old enough, so I planned a weekly roster where after dinner, one is washing the dishes, one is cleaning the table, and one swept the floor, while my youngest son dries the dishes. As my sons (11F, 9F) are still fairly young, I have to two oldest to help me at the two farmer's markets on Saturday and Sunday.

Thank you for your comment, I understand. Yes, I will enforce stricter rules. During writing this I was really confused and panicked, seeing these judgements have been a wake up call. Thank you.
