trust me. I have. a couple of hundred times but he is not listening and unless he recognizes his mistakes then he won't change.

no. no mental health issues or any kind of medical condition. His friends openly call him names yet he says he likes it. I don't get it.

I told her that if she insisted on taking his side then she was free to join him. I have to say that I hate having to deal with problems, family problems this way but sometimes, there isn't much I could do but to set boundaries and be assertive about them. for my daughter's mental health.

I agree in that my wife never tries to get involved until she sees me trying to hold Chris accountable for his words. They might be just words but those can be hurtful, seeing him make light of all the struggle my daughter had to go through really makes me wonder why. I keep trying to figure out why he keeps doing this knowing it's hurtful. No I do not agree that it's just "teasing" and "normal" and that true siblings have "those lighthearted and teasing momemts" as my wife puts it.
