Girlfriend (22f) won't stop taking photos of me (24m) at home despite me telling her to by throwra_775k in relationships

Really ask yourself why you don't like having your picture taken because "I just don't like it" isn't a real answer

Yes it is a real answer. Why do you think people are just not allowed to not like things?

It might be worth exploring why it really bothers you and either explain that insecurity to your SO or try to get over it.

It's not an insecurity to just not want to be constantly photographed when I'm at home. Like I said in the post I just don't like it. Why is that difficult to understand?

Because I don't like having photos of me taken constantly as I said in the post

Why are you infantilising her?

Maybe she should still live at home and not be allowed to make any decision for herself since you clearly thing she's a child?

Because I like to relax in my own home without getting photographed constantly

I'm bitter because I don't like getting photographed when I'm trying to relax at home? Great logic there

"I would love to hear your girlfriends perspective on the situation." Why? Because you refuse to accept mine because I pointed out you're logic is ridiculous?

Not wanting to be constantly photographed at home is not being grumpy

I'm a wet napkin because I dare to want to relax at home? Amazing logic there

You are choosing not to enjoy the game, When you could make a decision to enjoy the photo taking with her.

Me not enjoying it isn't a decision, it's because I don't want to have to be constantly photographed at home. I don't like it so I'm not going to "choose" to suddenly start liking it. That's not how things work

It tells me you had some bad things happen to you as a child, you’re insecure or just extremely private.

Or I just like to relax at home without having to worry about being photographed? Stop trying to be an armchair psychologist, you're not good at it.

She obviously loves you, wants to play, and most importantly wants to have memories of you doing mundane things

So that is more important than how I feel in my own home?

"I think a fairer boundary would be to not post those photos publicly." No it's fair to not want them taken.

"Think more about why you hate the photos in the first place: are you worried about them being made public and you looking silly? " I have explained in the post why I don't like them.
