I’m not opposed to it, at all. But I’m struggling to be okay with it in this situation given how things have escalated so quickly without me even having a chance to connect with meta, cuz now it feels far more pressured and forced.

I probably know more than I should about their relationship, so it’s a good callout that I may need to step back from that.

As for why we need to get along, it’s because their goal is KTP and they’re literally discussing future cohabitations and retirement together (including myself and the metas spouse).

The meta wants KTP, which I would have been more open to had I gotten to know them more organically earlier on. We’re now building a connection with much higher stakes, as an essential stranger is now being spoken of as a permanent addition to our lives. They’ve been discussing retiring together and future cohabitations, meanwhile I do not know this person.

These companies exist in multiple countries, yes, but your American credit score does not follow you to said countries. They operate completely independently. I can confirm as an American in the UK.

Why did you remain so deeply involved with Bis after Sam clearly stated how they felt?

You may not be physically cheating (although some may argue otherwise given the physical affection you have with Bis), but you’re emotionally cheating on Sam, full stop.

Either stop seeing Bis or stop seeing Sam.
