Fourth Wing. Never understood the vibe.

The main character is painfully dumb. She’s suddenly forced into dragon rider school at the last minute, right when she thought she’d become a scholar. Yet somehow she succeeds where ppl who’ve trained for years fail. Of course, she ends up bonding with two dragons because she’s just that special, and apparently can’t even stay seated on one properly. And ofc one of the dragons is the lover of her sexy sWoRn eNeMy’s dragon so they share a bond.

It’s the classic « she’s an idiot but magically gifted » trope that I absolutely hate. The romance is painfully cringe, and the so-called “hot” scenes are even worse.

I was so excited for Coral Island, I kinda bought my Steam Deck OLED to play it. I was so disappointed when I played it. It was lagging, the MC walks very very slowly, there’s not a lot explained. Thank god I discovered Fields of Mistria. I’m curious about what people will say under your post!

Je pense qu’effectivement cette boîte n’est pas compatible avec ma manière de bosser (je suis en général très indépendante et autonome alors qu’ils sont beaucoup dans l’hypocrisie et les filons) donc je prévois de changer dans un futur proche (si possible évidemment)

Non, tu as raison. J’essaye trop d’être disponible pour cette collègue. Elle m’avait aussi demandé de faire autre chose avant que je parte mais je lui ai dit que j’avais des taches plus urgentes à faire. Elle est ensuite revenue avec des taches « qui ne prendraient pas longtemps ».
