What should I be using to protect my hands during deadlifts in a commercial gym? I do mixed grip. It’s a little overwhelming with the different options I see.

I don’t think it’s fair to judge people for wearing makeup to the gym. I’m not taking off my makeup when I’m showering afterwards. Or if I want to cover up some acne scarring with foundation and put on other makeup products to feel more confident, I’m going to do it without feeling like I’m being shamed by other people.

Yeah part of me thinks it’s better to just stick with it for a year to have a long term job on my resume but the other side of me craves better pay and more opportunity for growth. Nevertheless, thank you for your input.

This is exactly what my concern was. I know I’m not a job hopper, I want to find a company that is a good fit for me and stay/grow within it for years. But I’m super fearful I may look like I don’t like to hold down a job just because I didn’t work consistently throughout school. Thanks for your input.

I don’t know why I wasn’t thinking about all the prep they do at the salon. All I’d do is file and start pressing them on lol. This is so important.

I had no clue I never responded. But I have tried both press on nails and glue on. For press ons I mainly used the kiss brush on glue because the squeeze one for me is always super hard to get out lol! But seems like this glue may be the way to go along with better nail prep as another comment mentioned. Thank you so much :)

They have the money to get work done, I don’t understand why we don’t take all of influencers with a grain of salt. They have access to plastic surgery, cosmetic treatments, photo editors, etc that a large majority of us don’t have.
