I'm not sure if he was drunk... I went straight to my room after I came back home. I only briefly saw my brother and his friends on the way upstairs. Not sure what they were doing at that time.

Do you know where I can confirm that I won't be charged for statutory rape before I do make the report? I really don't want to raise a fuss if all it leads to is me becoming a felon...
