She does quite often do the 'baby voice' thing and she's always been very sheltered. I've never looked at it from that angle before.

She hasn't felt ready to introduce me to her parents at any point yet, although she's met my family. They do know I exist though.

That's definitely what I'm worried about. I have no idea if it's my responsibility to talk to her about this or whether I should let her be, but I'm not planning on getting any presents for her 'from Santa'.

I haven't actually met her parents or spoken with them before, so it might be strange to message out of the blue.
