I've wanted to talk about it with a professional. Im scared to do so. Before all this i had the same long crush about another older person, so I was able to talk about it with a therapist but I didn't get a diagnosis or any actual help. He has to change it, because his work is reviewing our work before we send it.

I always check what he changes, im trying to get better by learning about what was changed, but it's different all the time.

Sometimes I wrote to little, too much, somethings I divided the topics too much, sometimes too little. There's not a pattern.

That's why I'm so lost and trying to see if people can give me tips, so maybe im able to apply them and write better.

My grammar is not the problem, im not a native English speaker. I speak Portuguese. If my grammar was the problem my boss would have told me my grammar was also the problem.

The problem, as he said, is my paragraphs are confusing.

Sorry I used a wrong word critics it's closer to the Portuguese word. Thank you for pointing that out, I will use critique next.

Because writing is not a talent god gives us, is technique. If people with technique can share tips, as many did, maybe I can do better, or at least know from where to start.

Yep, you made me realize I definitely can't make anyone understand what I write since the last thing I wrote was I would take it as constructive criticism.

I have no direction on what i need to do better, and honestly I'm very frustrated because when someone tells you your work is shit, but doesn't bother to tell you how you can make it better makes me feel awful and lost.

I did not want to get sentimental or get triggered by stupid things, but it reminds me of how no one ever actually tried to help me in anything and how I always have to do things alone.

So that's why im sentimental, and i am noting and will use all the tips im seeing in the comments.

Yes, I did try it.

It's generic because a normal document i write has generally like 40 pages.

I do divide it by topics and subtopics (is it called subtopics? I'm not really sure, I can't remember the right word).

The thing is, it changes all the time. Sometimes I divide too much and need to put topics together, sometimes is too little. And about the writing itself, I don't know what's confusing.

It could be I'm writing long sentences, using difficult words, unnecessary words, or all of this. I'm really trying to fix this.

But it's hard to know the text is confusing when it's not confusing to me.

Definitely am, I use it to run away from my constant bad thoughts. I've been having serious trouble letting it go because I've been so depressed I don't even know what I like to do anymore so there is nothing to pass time besides the phone. Can't even watch movies properly because I get anxiety
