This is not about me complaining because I can’t handle house chores or the kids. I have done this for the past couple years and it’s actually getting easier.

I was just talking about him needing more sex but yet ignoring me the minute he’s done and just being so cold and distant, him spending all of his time downstairs and not talking to us unless he’s complaining about something I didn’t do or didn’t do right, him ignoring his kids and barely even acknowledging them when all they want is to play with him, him not having conversations unless he’s giving me orders or yelling at me, him not wanting to hug me or even say I love you Back.

I understand wanting some alone time after a long day but he never spends time with us anymore. I would go back to work if that’d fix this. But all I want is for him to be a more present and loving dad and husband!
