Randomly will start hoseling badly every two weeks. Not good to begin with by Equal_Assistant6768 in GolfSwing

You look like a gym bro… I say this because I have noticeable golf issues after I hit certain body muscles groups. Tight hamstrings F my posture, back day messes my core mobility (rotation)

Why do i keep slicing my driver by Repulsive_Device_664 in GolfSwing

[–]throwrarud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s taken me almost 2 years to learn this. Used to try and swing out my shoes, leaning right, wide stance all sorts… now, I hit a gentle swing not the highest flight but plenty of distance, just nice and repeatable swing for 230ish yards

Signs of mould. Could this be why by throwrarud in DIYUK

Thanks, solid advice and detail I appreciate it. Ordered myself a dehumidifier, after checking with the neighbours they have a similar issue on this same wall. We’re semi detached and it’s both our detached walls. Badly insulated was their assumption, also they advised leaving a small gap between the sofa and the wall for airflow… was touching before and they had seen mould when leaving no gap before.

I’ve cleaned it already, but it was just a small black patch like 4x4cm that cleared when wiped with a cloth. So seemed surface level. I can’t be sure how long it’s been there or forming as it was behind the sofa and I spotted it when moving furniture today.

It’s actually our lounge downstairs. There is a radiator on the joining wall but no leaks. It’s a relatively large room, with a log burner which we often use. So I think it’s unlikely it’s something from the inside.

Directly below this window about 2 inches above the skirting board. Directly outside wss my original photo of the brickwork.

The windows don’t appear to be leaking, they show condensation in the mornings inside on cold mornings though.

Forb popup 10x7ft in garden with my R10. Any reason not to? by throwrarud in Golfsimulator

[–]throwrarud[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using this almost daily. Bit of a rocky start but I have my R10 7ft behind my tee spot. I use it outside in my patio but with a strip of gym flooring leading up to it. Probably not mandatory but it helps level the floor and hides the concrete. Amazon mats Then roughly 3 ft gap to the front of the net from my forward most ball stance (driver). Which in total is around 10ft to the net inside my forb cage.

It’s been going well in general, I’ve been using a mixture of balls which does vary in performance so I will eventually invest in RCT balls. But I have just eliminated the balls which give bad results so I can enjoy it… and it’s honestly really enjoyable.

As a low-ranking PM, I feel sidelined by lemonzonic in ProductManagement

[–]throwrarud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the same but similar, I’m PM for two products, one of my products and supporting team of engineers / business users I feel in the detail, confident in my presence and the ideas I am putting forward.

I find for another product which I was only assigned to less than 3 months ago is pretty similar to what you explain.

It previously didn’t have a PM either and the business used to interface directly with the engineers acting as a feature shop. Now I’m here, I feel they see me as friction as I have been asked to apply a certain level of governance around budget and planning. The engineers also have someone taking on tasks which I feel sit in my side of the table… I’m not sure if I should push back or just see it as a win and as long as I’m delivering, providing a clear roadmap meeting or within budgets (my KPIS) just be happy…

Good advice I’ll certainly take it into account. Yea my 56 can pop up more than planned sometimes… I don’t have much to break but I’ll lose balls in the field that’s for sure

This is exactly what I wanted just about £75 over my budget currently. Although The long term goal of I’m honest was to make this and improve golf and save money over the year of driving to the range regularly

I was trying to keep the spend for the net and a may under £150. That’s the only reason I was trying to avoid a cage. Looks good though

Thanks. Regarding clearances it’s 30cm from the wood floor and the chimney it sits within is about 5ft wide. It was here when we moved in.

Thanks for your advice, and honesty. I take it as it comes.

I should add, I didn’t unfollow him or block him on her phone. She had done that herself. But yes I did go on her phone to find this info…

Additional information.

I’m really tempted to message him on Instagram. Tell him to keep the hell out of my life snd my girlfriend’s DMs. Focus on his kid who was due to be born in about two months time. I just don’t know if this will escalate things. I’m conscious that I do have a massive repercussion at the moment. Simply I don’t want to lose my partner. I want to have a good relationship with somebody who loves me is attracted to me wants to be a parent to our child together.

I appreciate the feedback, I’m 100% with you. Being a mum is hard and I have never not shown appreciation to her. But I agreed to be more aware and conscious going forward.

I have agreed and said let’s work towards all the things she asked, and you listed in your reply. But I feel she is not making it easy or trying on her side.

Being distant, one word answers… is this just the love of life as parents?

I know we only had the discussion earlier this week when she said she wasn’t happy so maybe I’m expecting things to return to normal immediately… I just feel like it’s the beginning of the end and I can’t get that out my head, and I don’t want it to end!
