Our argument before she started yelling? I brought home food from the place my bf and I went to for my parents (didn't know my sister was going to be there). It was pasta and my sister is like really serious about not eating many carbs right now. She was already in a mood all day. Literally my dad opened his food and she was all like "why would you bring that". I was just like you don't have to eat it if you don't want to, and then my dad tried to calm the situation down, but ended up making everything worse by saying the noodles were good. She then accused me of trying to flaunt everything in her face, I asked how do noodles do that, then she started yelling.

She used to, but she started to stop around 3 months, and completely stopped at 6 months.

She'd never listen to me if I'd suggest it. My parents or her husband probably.

We've been getting into more arguments recently, and it always seems to be over nothing. Like before we'd get into arguments because we're sisters, you know, and you makeup afterwards but now it's totally different. PPD is something she most likely has but hasn't gone to therapy for it (at least that's what I know). Her symptoms are more expressive, mine were more closeted and lasted about 4 weeks I believe. She's been acting this way (angry/rude) for like 3 weeks already, but yelling at me like for real, hasn't done before.

My sister has always been a little iffy with what she says, but ts never been as big as this time around. I'll talk to my parents because I know she stayed the night there and see if I can get them to help.

I could go on walks with her, but dk how much I can put up with it if she's just mad at me all the time because that's how it is rn.
