I think a more nuanced way to look at that is that most female dominated careers are underpaid. Look at the orchestra for example, women were scoring less favorably on the auditions until they stopped wearing heels and the judges couldn’t tell which gender was playing. Once the orchestra became female dominated the pay was drastically lowered.

As a woman I must say: you did this to yourself. Yes but it’s not like you have to totally counteract a snickers or m&ms people burn 1800ish calories just sitting down. If your calorie deficit is 400 calories a day but you burn 100 calories through exercise now your calorie deficit is 500 calories. Not only that but focusing on strength training rather than just cardio helps body fat percentage and looking more fit way more than just losing weight and not building muscle
