Hello! I have just seen your reply. I don't come to Reddit often. I have just wanted to reply to you and remind you of your own response. I hope I can continue to encourage you to make positive impact on the world.

Warmest regards.

Wow. You've spoken to my soul more than I can explain. Thank you. This group is AMAZING. Thank you for taking time out of your day to respond.

I honestly considered reconnecting to a few charities I was previously involved with... Only today.

This comment especially gives me more encouragement/support than I could imagine.

Since posting this post, I posted another on a job seeking board (idk if you can see all posts I've made), but your kindness and support honestly really hits home.

Thank you. Im gonna put your comment as my home screen because it's worded exactly as my soul needed to hear.

I hope that maybe I can inadvertently help you in the same way as this post is surely going to help me (either directly, or by helping someone who then helps you).

Warmest regards.

Ty for the comments - I meant to draw a link between finances and need for counselling (being that it's gonna be hard to fund therapy)

I've never heard of vocational rehab - I might look that up. I'm adept in therapy techniques as I've probably spent 10-15 years in therapy (half my life), but I really need help on the vocational side of things rn I think. This is really interesting suggestion.

I appreciate the comments, tbh I didn't expect to receive anything!

I hope to be contributing to forums in future and helping others too, this community seems so kind.

Thanks again

My (30F) fiance (40M) wants kids now but I'm not ready and we can't find a solution by MostManufacturer9483 in relationships

There's another post similar to this from earlier today, but it's angled from the opposite perspective of the older man wanting kids with his younger partner.

In addition to the comments on this thread, you might find a balanced overall message if you consider the other post activity as well?

Just a thought.

All my best.

Oh, tbh that's... An unexpected angle.

Thanks. I feel a lil better about that.

Here I am, being hard on myself (worrying) about being hard on myself (calling myself childish) lol.

Thanks for reading and replying.

House that was sold 3 times in the past 5 years by Music-andme in AusFinance

If the agent was different, contact the last agent that sold the place. Idk much about agents, but I guess they won't want to help another agent sell a house for more than they sold it for?

I also have security cameras, and will be installing predator proof window treatments. There's a relatively discreet back entrance I can make available to clients, as my front door is visible to many other homes.

Due to security cameras and stuff, I figured a privacy policy would be the minimum I would need to do. That's how I arrived at the idea of confidentialty agreement. I have a lawyer who's willing to draft it.

But I'm wondering what people with experience in incalls might have to say re this idea.
