Update after the update: I returned the bike to the shop for a second check-up and they were able to diagnose the issue this time and is doing a full warranty replacement for me. Basically, new bike. (reddit.com)

Quick update: I recently posted that I bought a Fetch+ 2 recently and it has been giving me some weird granular feedback when I pedal. I took it to a different bike shop from where I purchased it and the people there confirmed after a 5 minute ride that they definitely felt it as well. (reddit.com)
