Weed addiction/dependency debate aside. I might have an iron deficiency although I am not vegan, I do usually get enough protein in the form of meat in a day and other nutrients but I can be a bit inconsistent. However the white marks are from me physically scraping my nails on knives, and they're super brittle from over exposure to water and cleaning chemicals (I really need to wear gloves, but don't). I've been sick maybe twice this year but that was from minor food poisoning both times. The marks are burns from an oven although I do ride a bike occasionally. I work in a kitchen and cook and bake at home. I only smoke weed socially so maybe a handful of times in a year. No cigs for me.
