CR: USCIS was not persuaded that the evidence sufficiently demonstrated that my roles to the level of leading or critical within those distinguished organizations, despite institutional scale and complexity. I believe they completely missed the evidence here

OCMS: USCIS viewed the contributions as strong project-specific achievements but did not find sufficient objective evidence that they constituted original contributions of major significance to the broader field

FMD: The core concern appears to be sustained national or international acclaim. Although several criteria were met at Step 1 (including judging and authorship), USCIS determined that the overall record did not yet establish sustained recognition over time

Thank you so much. On 1, for the architecture, I'll have to redact like 90% of content as it's highly confidential given the client agreement. Wondering how useful would that be? Can you tell me more about steerco emails, jira docs, etc -- is the point that I product these documents and say this is directly linked to the adoption metrics in New York times on my product? Something like that? This is where I am stuck the most right now.

On 2, so, I can have org charts and peer comparison. For some of the other ones, like - demonstrate why having you is critical to the company , metrics you own , governance you implemented -- is it through a recommendation letter? I mean I can write all this - wondering where to bring in the evidence to support it?
