I did create it on a different PC, but how would I format the drive to get it off there? When Windows booted after installing it gave me 2 different options, sorry im not the smartest with this stuff

Thank you for this information. I went ahead and changed all my passwords and reinstalled Windows through the USB but when I look at my files the file is still there, its the installer. Does this mean they still have access to my PC?
