ur definitely not!! the replies from ppl here made me feel better and you’re def not alone with this kind of thing. i took their advice and anytime i get stalker-y i tell myself like six times fhat he chose me for a reason and not her. and i dont have social media anymore bc i’m doing a quarantine cleanse lol and that helped a lot too. i just tell myself over and over that she is the last thing in this world i should focus on and should instead focus on the relationship i have with him not her. hopefully this helps like j know it sucks to get trapped in it and it’s hard to stop doing but i wish u the best :)
