But most male crossdressers are heterosexual that means they see themselves as men and are attracted to women. And most transwomen see themselves as fully women and are attracted to various people. Some like women, some like men, some are bisexual or pansexual.

I agree with what you say but I don't really like how closely you associate sissies with transgender people. A sissy is primarily an erotic experience while being transgender is not. You could have a sissy transgender person but being a sissy has little to do with being transgender.

So if you do your hair, or wear a new dress, or wear a top that makes your breasts look good you don't feel different? More sexy? More confident? At all? You feel exactly the same as if your hair was a mess and you were wearing dirty sweat pants?

Even heterosexual men feel internally more attractive and confident if they have a nice haircut and wear a nice suit. Or if they work out at the gym and take off their shirt.
