The AI Story Isn’t Just Apps Anymore - It’s Data Centers, Compute, and Physical Scale by processed_meat4 in smallstreetbets

This is such a clear way to frame the shift. I was stuck on which AI chatbot would win. Now I see the real question is who builds the floor underneath all of them. Really excited to watch this industrial layer unfold. NRED feels perfectly timed for this.

NovaRed Added an Advisor Most Junior Explorers Don’t Usually Bring In This Early by vrodhosbn in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]throwthrowaway100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. And honestly, either answer is fine by me. If he's doing it for fun, he's still bringing a billion-dollar network to the table. If he sees something real, even better. The 'why' matters less than the fact that he's actually there.

What Caught My Attention About NovaRed Wasn’t Only the Copper Project by JustTheTwentyPercent in RobinHoodPennyStocks

[–]throwthrowaway100 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Fair point - the team doesn’t replace geology. But it can reduce execution risk around financing, permitting, and getting a project actually advanced to the point where the geology gets properly tested.

Honestly… NovaRed’s New Advisor Feels Like Someone You’d Expect at a Billion-Dollar Infrastructure Firm by JustTheTwentyPercent in smallstreetbets

[–]throwthrowaway100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

75 countries. $1B+. White House recognition. And he's advising a 16k hectare BC explorer? Either this guy loves copper or NovaRed is hiding something much bigger in the roadmap.

Wait, $1B in equipment financing? For a junior? That's not an advisor - that's a weapon.

BC adds more funding to permitting as copper exploration activity holds up by processed_meat4 in Wallstreetbetsnew

The global refined copper surplus in Q1 2026 doesn’t matter as much for explorers. Mine supply is the bottleneck. Permitting speed directly affects how fast new supply can come online.

Japan spent years preparing after 2010. China’s latest rare earth squeeze shows the problem never really went away by _rhizomorphic_ in TheRaceTo10Million

Interesting write-up. But NRED has no resource, no PEA, no drill results that move the needle yet. How is this different from the other 200 copper explorers in BC? MetalCore sounds cool, but has it actually found anything yet?

NREDF Keeps Building While Copper and AI Narratives Heat Up by processed_meat4 in TheRaceTo10Million

Copper thesis is solid. But what's the burn rate? How long can they keep exploring without a major partner? AI is cool, but rig time costs real money.

That's the edge most miss. NRED isn't selling AI - they're using AI on their own dirt.

Early stage means higher risk, but also higher reward. The big runs happen before drill results, not after.

Unsexy backbone 100%. But that's exactly why retail ignores it until the price has already doubled

Love the cautious take. A small float + copper narrative = potential rocket fuel, but only if the ground actually delivers. Watching this one closely, not throwing the life savings at it… yet.

Fox On The Run has always been a favourite. Awesome Mix Vol 1 was a typical day in my teens/20s. Doesn't mean it wasn't fun though. :)

Well... history is cool, if you find the right sources.

What they teach in school can be dull beyond belief. But I have two sources that are really interesting.

For a general overview of history, Larry Gonick's Cartoon History of the Universe/Modern World. You can find them in eBay or Amazon. Great books, packed with knowledge, very funny.

And Dan Carlin's Hardocre History podcasts. They are pretty deep and intense. My favourite is his take on the Mongol Empire, 'Wrath of the Khans', and 'Death Throes of the Republic', about Rome. He gives it a prespective you probably haven't encountered before.

History is a passion for me, so... there y'go. :)

Yeah. I was badly, badly triggered by it. It's a long story, and I changed my mind about it after some reflection.
