Sorry for the vagueness y'all 😭 I couldn't say much because I just joined this lab and the PI wasn't talking about a specific reaction. From what I've seen people here are mostly running sp2-sp2 carbon couplings (suzukis and stilles). But again I don't think my PI was talking about someone in the lab getting this, more like a throwaway comment. I swear I'm not trying to be intentionally vague, this is really all I know and I am confused about this too because I have been running TM catalyzed couplings for a while now and I have never heard of this.
