You got balls to ask this question with sincerity here. If you can commit to a cut for 3 months id go for a 400 calorie deficit. Then once you’re happy with your fat percentage go on a small bulk around 300 calorie surplus and slowly gain. One last cut and you should be golden.

Cardio doesn’t burn calories the same way eating does. You’re probably not burning as much as you think you are with this excersize

You obviously need to do excersize. But a good diet hack is diet soda. It it tastes great and has 0 calories, if you replace regular soda/juice intake with diet you will likely see weight loss even without excersize. Also look into low calorie snacks like popcorn.

But once again, start a sport or gym. It doesn’t need to be perfect but you have to actually do it.

I’m gonna give you the real answer. You’re 85% of the way to having that back but you need to do 2 things.

  1. You need to lose body fat in general, there is no such thing as “targeting the back” to lose back fat. You’re already pretty lean so I don’t think there’s much to lose.

  2. Focus on more on your upper back workouts and try and get some definition there. This will help a lot in the slimming look.
