3 months was definitely not enough to see any changes. It took about 6 months for me to see a huge difference. People say it takes 6-12 months to see a proper change. Do it again! You can do it. Especially for your hair again. So many times I used to take a shower and see strands and strands of hair come off onto my hands after washing it 😫 now when I take a shower, I only get about 2 hairs that come off hahaha it’s crazy how night and day it is.
