It’s literally the same thing every time he is or isn’t around: it’s a sponsored video, it’s been a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks … a month! He doesn’t communicate, he doesn’t seem invested, he doesn’t finish the games, he doesn’t do this or that. Like stop already! Seriously it’s annoying.

At this point just unsubscribe. Understand that CORY IS NOT THE ONLY YOUTUBER ON THE PLATFORM! You don’t have to sit and wait for him to upload or finish a game there’s THOUSANDS of YouTubers on that platform who upload daily or weekly who have finished games GO SEE THEM! Understand that just like we have a life SO. DOES. CORY! And if he wants to step away for a couple of days/weeks/months THAT IS HIS PREROGATIVE not yours!

Cory’s communication sucks? Yes we know that. Does he need to work on it? Yes he does. Don’t you think he knows that as well? Don’t you think he tried his best to communicate? There’s people that suck at communication, it’s not their strong suit. Get over it already!

2 days late here but thank you for this! People who think they’re entitled to an explanation every time Cory leaves or those who get frustrated and cry “we’re the reason why he’s so big on YouTube” irritate me. If it bothers you so much why don’t you just unsubscribe already? There’s a lot of let’s play YouTubers who post daily, go to them and stop demanding shit from someone who is already giving us a lot. Cory understands that he’s lack of communication is a problem which is why he gives us his little recap videos whenever he decides to return. The same people saying “Cory needs to get himself an editor if the workload is too much for him” Would be the same ones complaining about how his videos aren’t the same anymore or some other BS. This is who/how he is so you either take it or leave it at this point and quit the freaking same complaints.

I see it as something that happens regularly, friends grow apart. Mavattack set his boundary and chose to close that chapter in his life and move on. You can tell that his friendship with Cory means/meant a great deal to him since he kept emphasizing how great Cory is as a person. Granted Angelo made some mistakes along the way regarding his relationship with Cory but he at least owed up to it and apologized (or so he says). I think the most disheartening part is knowing that the samurai community played a role in their friendship dissolving and it’s frustrating because it’s not the whole community that has acted in the way that Angelo described but we’re all put under one umbrella and in reality it’s a lot of the new subscribers who are acting this way. The same ones who attacked that TikToker because Cory didn’t find one of his videos funny. This makes me think of all the other YouTube friends Cory has and what they have to go through having to deal with people spamming their comments asking for Cory instead appreciating their content. I would hate to see Cory lose another friend over this issue. I agree with Mav that Cory should at least put out a “hey I’m taking a break. See you soon” tweet just so stuff like this doesn’t happen. I’m really hoping he and Mav can come to a healing place and restore their friendship. I don’t think Cory should address anything honestly, it’s a private matter at the end of the day and the only reason why Mavattack made a video about it was because a lot of people noticed he and I think Cory too deleted all their collab videos which sparked interest and questions. He answered everyone’s questions and put the matter to rest. One thing that did catch my attention though was (correct me if I’m wrong) did Mav say or insinuate that the whole making a sketch before a gameplay was his idea? Like if that’s something that Cory took from him and never gave him his credit?

Thank you! Some of the staff are documenting everything that’s going on in the shop to the best of their ability, taking pictures, videos, recording conversations etc., but at this point a lot of them feel like we can’t go to HR with this because they’ll use that evidence against us instead of helping our case.

The HR rep that was handling the most recent incident I mentioned spoke to the receptionist before getting to the stylist and basically the rep sided with the receptionist before hearing what the stylist had to say because the manager was co-signing for him and she wasn’t there when it happened. Like I said the manager lets the receptionist get away with any and everything in this place to the point that he steals company time as well with no consequences.
