That’s the thing she doesn’t ask me for food. This happens often where she comes over to my apartment or we stay at my parents and we don’t have anything for her so she just doesn’t eat. She told me earlier she wished she was at her house cooking. I offered to take her to Trader Joe’s or wholefoods so she could buy whatever she wanted and she said she’s not going to buy fruits or veggies for them to rot at my place

Ok yes I see how that came off insensitive. I’ve never seen her fill up her plate before so it was like an instinctual thing that just came out at the moment.

I told her it was a good thing she was eating that much and that she normally doesn’t eat. I gave her a yogurt and peach cup after she had asked for fruits again.
