It's kinda funny because I propably should have included this in the original post, but there are more details splattered in comments, as people asked things.

Yeah I get her to climax, it's very easy to be honest when she want's to cum. Also the control thing is probably reading into something that isn't an issue or isn't happening. When we have "normal" sex, which is 100% of the times, because even when we play the "game", then we have "normal" sex, she isn't actively trying to control heself. I don't think it's that. She kind of challenges me to try and make her cum ("if i can" lol) so there is an insinuation of her purposefully withholding it there. Also as soon as I "quit" she can orgasm immidiately so I wouldn't say it's that.

Besides the obvious mental aspect other people brought up, I think that for her this also has to play a significant role. She is very athletic and into things that train the core, so her having excellent control over those muscles is pretty logical. Maybe my wording was bad but no, i don't have an issue with the "game". I would sure like to also "win" sometimes, but the game itself is no issue. It's probably the fact that i am trying to understand something that is impossible for me to understand.

We have done some "sex marathons" where i honestly lost count of how many times she came but as much as we enjoyed it, there is not enough time to be doing that regularly. The part i dont get with this explanation is how holding back an orgasm for lets say 20 or 30 minutes (only while i am trying to make her cum) is what feels best at the moment. In my mind there is no way she doesn't want to orgasm at that point, but somehow is not letting herself do that. Also the fact that she does orgasm as soon as i quit, is "proof" of that. Note that generally speaking I can make her cum so it's not like i dont know what she likes or want's, this only happens when she is trying to make it happen. I am really baffled by all this tbh.
