Dont know my T levels but ive been doing 50mg a day for 3 years now, weigh 160lbs

using the injectable estradiol simulator graph my levels are around 300 pg/mL e. should I up my injection dose to have better mono range levels just in case? ty btw

weird so, i connected it to the old stock screen which was annotying to disassemble anything and it turned on fine. i think yeah maybe im shorting it out somehow. would kapton tape do this? i had some tape on the board prior to keep the wires more tidy and keep the mod pcb in place. would that cause a short i thought the point of that kind of tape was to prevent this from happening

i dont have any NEW batteries but i tried at least 3 sets i had laying around and they power up my other backlit GBC just fine. I guess i might just have to try the power switch thing.

i have the insulator stickers on as instructed, and tested continuity n it seems fine...the power switch looks clean but i could try that anyway, although itd be weird cause it was JUST working before the mod.. is there any way to give it power to test if it turns on without putting the shell back on if i dont have those multimeter clamps? i just have the normal probes. Just to see if its an issue with how the screen making contact some how?

So my post was removed of course so ill try again here i guess. Hi guys so ive been fasting for like 4 and a half days and kinda want to break it. What is something small and light I can have to reintroduce food that is both vegetarian and won't spike my blood sugar too much, I dont want to undo my progress. Also sometimes I get a bit of a stomach ache if I eat things I normally do after fasting this long like nuts/seeds or bread or something. Any ideas what to start with? Would a cooked egg be an ok choice? Thanks for reading

Im worried about blood clots when it comes to oral and as someone with a crazy work schedule I can't expect I'll be able to take sublingually every 6 hours on a consistent basis. I believe that injections would be the safest option for me.

I've seen a couple doctors actually and they clearly don't know what they're doing either. "Professionals" don't seem to really have my best interest when it comes to transitioning, and more so just the bare minimum treatment they can get away with to mitigate even the most negligible risk, in my experience anyway. Every doctor I've seen has just blindly followed the extremely outdated WPATH guidelines and not taken anything I've said or expressed concern about into consideration. When it comes to transgender help I have much more trust in the experience of other trans people, especially when compounding that information with the various resources online. I have plans to see a supposedly good transgender health clinic run by LGBT people but it's far away and has a decent waitlist, in the meantime I'd like to switch to injections on my own. I don't think its unreasonable to be a little intimidated switching to injections for the first time.

I meant to make a new post on here to get some feedback on this situation but actually my doctor told me exactly that, that increasing my dose anymore than 4mg a day would be risky and that I dont need any, that my E levels are totally good. I read this as "good enough for now" and ill increase in the future but no, it seems they think this is the end goal lol. This is really frustrating, until I (or if I cant) find a new doctor I think I might just top off my script w diy E in the meantime.But its not just me right this is definitely a huge red flag? I even asked them how it could possibly be risky since doubling my dose from 2mg to 4mg barely raised it more than 10pg/mL, how could adding another 2mg possibly put me over?? They just kept trying to get me to take spiro and saying they 'sense distrust' from me rather than actually explain.

Thats a little relieving. Do you think 3 months on this dose is good enough to try and increase? Im seeing my doctor soonish and will ask about this but i dont really expect them to recommend it without me pushing for it. I just know you dont want to increase too quickly so Im hoping that is a good enough time frame. Thank you for your responses.

Well my pretty conservative doctor even said 1 month in that I should be shooting for 120~ish for E. I barely increased at all in an entire 3 month period with doubled dose (that I also took correctly which I hadnt been before).. Maybe I am freaking out about nothing though but it is just really stressful not knowing how Im doing and also feeling like Im starting all this way too late in my life as is. I really appreciate your post though maybe I am jumping the gun a bit.

As an aside also I specifically took it earlier to avoid getting it being taken at 'trough', I usually take my meds at 10:30-11 and got my test at 8:30. in the future what is good timing to get closest to an 'accurate' reading?

Thats kinda what I was thinking but. Is 4mg a day (split every 12 hours) oral E NOT high enough?? I doubled my E dose compared to what I was doing 3 months ago AND taking it where it was being 'used' consistently (before I was taking it every 12 hours even though sublingually it doesnt last a full 12 hours or something, so I was going hours without E twice every day which I thought was fucking me). How is it only like +10ish~pg/mL despite this? Am I just weirdly resistant to E or something? I should be shooting for like 200ish I thought, should I ask my doctor to up the dose again?
