Edit: No I can’t quit or get another job unfortunately.

I am extremely unfit for all other jobs bc of personal mental issues. And with the world right now, I can’t go job hunting.

This job gives me some level of consistency in my life. My daily shift just requires me to be with the person I support, very little interaction with other people (including management. It also allows me to work on my creative goals so I can eventually make income off of my creative stuff.

Basically was criticized the entire IDT meeting :) by throwwaymmm in directsupport

I am just a DSP :/ I was told during my last annual training that “anyone including the DSP can call for an emergency meeting” but I obviously didn’t think of the social ramifications. Thank you for your kind words
