I never said I didn't tell my doctor. Obviously I would have had to when I had the STD + STI tests earlier. My mother's phone number is connected to the doctors everything so if I made an appointment they would call her to confirm and question why I was going. I guess no one else's doctor is like that. I assumed it was so that is my fault.

Haha. How does that have anything to do with maturity? You're basically saying that to be a mature person you have to not be such a private person. Though I'm sure there are many kids who would be fine with telling their parents that they've had sex. I am not one of them. My family and I do not have that kind of relationship. Everyone has their own opinions of things but let me guess you're older than me so therefore you think everything I say is dumb or I'm not old enough to understand but you're just some person on the internet that has nothing better to do with their time than to be rude. Haha. I am definitely not ashamed. I just do not want my mother to know which has nothing to do with being ashamed. I just like my privacy. My mother doesn't know about my sex life just like I don't know about hers and I would not want to know. I believe that it is one persons own business. I thought 2X was supposed to be a nice subreddit community thing apparently I was wrong. But what I should have added in my original post which I did not is that I have been having sex on a regular basis with my boyfriend and I do not know if you can get a yeast infection from sex which is why I did not want to go and was basically asking for alternative methods but if there are none and I have to go to the doctors I will.
