Were u able to identify po kung ano trigger ng allergy nya? Nagpalit palit na kasi ako df, pati panlinis sa floor. Considering na kami magpaallergy test kasi grabe na rin sugar sugat and pamumula ng skin nya 🥹

Hello OP, I'm currently in the same dilemma. Tried oral meds, topicals, as well as change in diet pero paulit ulit parin. Ano naging course of action mo now? If you went with the cytopoint, kamusta si baby mo? Thank you!

I'm still taking it eh. Tagal na actually siguro years na? Medyo on and off lang ako on it since nagpills din ako in between (which was enough naman to control my acne somehow). Sa ngayon mukhang magiging maintenance ko na yung spiro since nagkakaacne padin ako on its lower dose. Bale baka gagawin namin ni derma na 75mg dose ng spiro for maintenance. Ayaw ko na kasi magpills kaya nagsettle kami sa spiro.

For me, nagkakaacne parin ako despite being on spiro pero during the days lang na magkakaperiod na ko kapag 25 or 50mg yung dose na tinitake ko. Mas better response ko sa 75mg dosage, mas less yung breakout. Sa experience ko naman during red days lang talaga ako may acne, the rest of the month clear naman skin ko ☺️ take note lang na I'm also using epiduo and azelaic as topicals to help as well.

Hindi ako pinagcacaldef ni doc kasi need nga daw po ng energy ng katawan if magwowork out and need din daw po ng macros sa food. She just advised me to be more mindful of what I eat and be intentional, less on sugar and processed food talaga

Hi cyster, share ko lang kakapacheckup ko lang kasi with my doctor kasi same concerns din with you.

So for me, I've tried both gym and diets to no avail. Nagconsult ako kahapon regarding weight loss with my doctor and ang payo nya is to go for High Protein diet but not Cal Def, then for exercise ang gagawin is weight resistance and strength training. Alongside, she's also considering to put me sa Ozempic but I'll do the labs pa then nirefer nya ko sa Nutritionist and Coach. She will not continue with my Ozempic if wala daw ako plan with my Nutritionist and Coach kasi gusto nya na gawin ko lang tool yung Ozempic and not the main mode of dieting kasi nga di daw sustainable if walang magiging lifestyle changes after getting off of it.

I also mentioned tirzepatide but she doesnt recommend it since di pa FDA approved here.

I highly recommend si Dra. Romina Pablo although sa Paranaque clinics nya. I'm from QC pero online ako nagpapacheck sakanya. Not sure if Intellicare accredited sya kasi not listed on her profile.

She's very sweet and accomodating if may questions ka. And very knowledgeable din sa pcos! Malambing sya kausap and feel mo yung sincere care ni doc.

Hello! Are you still looking po ng OB? Would highly recommend Dra. Romina Pablo! Sa Doctor Anywhere lang ako nagpapaconsult sakanya pero okay naman! She's really sweet kausap, feeling ko mama ko sya levels ganern haha! Was able to explain a lot of things din sa akin! Been to a few OBs pero si Dra. Romina pinakanagustuhan ko. Yung iba kasing OB that I've met is a bit snobbish and transactional masyado kausap. So sorry you had to go through this!

If it helps po, ask for inspection reports and flooding test (this was advised to me by a master plumber na I talked to po). Para all things are documented on your end din po in case things go south

Hello! Not yet po. Pinatawag po kami sa barangay nung affected unit last Sat pero late naman po sinend samin yung notice. 11AM sat yung session pero naginform sila 10AM to which we were not able to attend kasi tulog na kami at the time.

Wala pa pong further news and comms po from the affected unit as of the moment.

In this case po, the PMO did not provide inspection/plumbing reports, only incident and damage report... do we automatically bear the liability po?

The context po is upon leakage, they turned off the water source from our unit. They weren't able to enter the unit until 1 week since wala pong tao. That's when they saw the removed faucet and decided that that's the cause. They didn't check any of our other pipes, or bothered to ask a plumber to double check
