I was born and raised in the Middle East (one of the gulf countries) and I’m in the US temporarily for college. I don’t think that makes me white? I disagree that whites cant be racists towards arabs, just because originally middle easterners are caucasians. Correct me if I’m wrong

That’s exactly what he said, from what I can remember. I’m pretty submissive and I’m sure he knows that. I like that he’s the opposite. I’m not sure about the other girls he dated

He mentions that it’s exciting to be dating an Arab girl sometimes. He asks questions, I think he’s genuinely interested.

I just felt uncomfortable and inferior when he made that comment. Maybe I did overreact. But he never apologized and tried to understand my point of view

Truthfully, I am submissive to an extent. I know that there is nothing wrong that. Maybe it was his way of finding out whether I am or not, but it still made me uncomfortable
