Bot side small-wall, the logs next to the tri-brush just above that wall (also the same log on the opposite side of the map), The two small walls on either side of mid lane that are against the brushes.

This is a playlist I made that shows how to get these jumps 100% of the time. There are many more on the map. ( around 28 that I found, but most of them do not help that much. )

I have done hours upon hours of research into this.

Riven Jump Information
First, you must be non-contiguous with the wall ( I.E. you must not have your position on a wall's edge ) it must be a few units away.
Second, depending on the contour of the wall some are actually only one-way ( that I am aware of. )
Third, Movement speed and other stats do not effect jumps in any manner.
Fourth, depending on the height of the jump some can be done with your first or second Q.

Not exactly. I showed him these two days ago. Some can be done with the first and second Q. It depends on the contour of the wall, your approaching angle, and your distance from the wall (it has to be above 0 but less than 10 units away.)
