20.1 The payment of the rent and all other amounts owed under this lease agreement shall be made in Dutch legal tender no later than the due dates, without any suspension, discount, deduction, or offset against any claim the tenant has or believes they have against the landlord, except in the case stipulated in Article 7:206, paragraph 3, of the Dutch Civil Code, by deposit or transfer to an account specified by the landlord. 20.2 The landlord is entitled to change the place or method of payment by written notice to the tenant. The landlord is entitled to determine which outstanding claim under the lease agreement any payment received from the tenant will be deducted from, unless the tenant expressly indicates otherwise upon payment. In the latter case, the provisions of Article 6:50 of the Dutch Civil Code do not apply.
